Located in Vila Prudente Park, in the capital of São Paulo, Gelatíssimo has launched a huge variety of flavors, all produced with Finamac™ machines. It all starts with the preparation of the mixture in the Mixer 15, followed by pasteurization and production in the Ice Clean P, which is then taken to the Blast Freezer for rapid cooling and clearly displayed in the Elegance display case.
