Pasteurization is necessary because it eliminates microorganisms harmful to health, in addition to increasing yield, ensuring creaminess and flavor, and extending storage time. Equipment developed to provide significant savings in energy, time, space, and cleaning products. Automatic aging when switched off.

2. Energy Savings: Heating and cooling tanks are independent, providing better use of thermal energy. Nominal tank capacity of 330 liters.

3. Time Savings: Cleaning is quick and easy; the tanks are cleaned with a chlorinated solution and detergent efficiently, ensuring perfect sanitization. The tanks have a 3 degrees tilt, which facilitates complete product drainage and cleaning-water drainage. Tank edges are rounded at 30 degrees, preventing product build-up or residue after cleaning
